Brush your body, loofah your face and

scrub your feet

At least once a week and more so in the winter I like to give my body an invigorating treatment. 


This is what I use...

   
A dry brush (not a scratchy one)       

    A face loofah pad

    A nail brush

    also...

    Soapless, unperfumed face wash

    Mild shower gel or soap

    Unperfumed face cream

    Body lotion




This is what I do... 

  

    Run a bath (or get ready for a shower)

    Before I step in I spend a few minutes brushing my skin

    I prefer movements that sweep in the direction of the heart

    Brush gently on sensitive areas, and more vigorously on elbows, knees etc

    Don’t brush your face                     

    Once all the skin has been brushed step into the bath or shower

    Using the face loofah and face wash make gentle circular movements

    Be gentle around the eyes and throat

    Rinse

    Using the nail brush scrub the feet and toes

    Rinse, dry and moisturise
