Quick stir fry with noodles

Ingredients


2 tbs sunflower oil

Sesame oil

2 florets of brocolli

Handful of kale

1 onion

2 carrots

2 cloves garlic

6 medium mushrooms

Soy sauce

Salt or vegetable bouillon

Chilli powder or chilli oil (optional)

Rice noodles


Method

Chop all vegetables

Heat oil

Boil kettle

When oil is hot add all vegetables (except mushrooms)

Stir for a minute or two until hot and still crunchy

Add mushrooms, sesame oil, seasoning (and chilies)

Add water if needed to increase “gravy”


Meanwhile put the rice noodles in hot water and stand for 10 minutes, then drain and season


Serve
