Relaxation and meditation


This is not a physical fitness class and there is no need for an exercise mat. We will be mainly sitting on chairs  You can bring .your camping chair for comfort) or you can sit on the ground. There will be a few gentle, limbering and stretching movements during the session.


Wear comfortable layers, maybe have a blanket and cushion. You may want to haves some water handy


The class is suitable for all ages and abilities
