As we relax our bodies our posture improves. We feel lighter and easier in our movements.


This is not a physical fitness class and there is no need for an exercise mat. We will be mainly sitting on chairs or the floor,  with a few gentle, limbering and stretching movements during the session.


Overlooking the canal, The Malt Shovel is the perfect venue –  peaceful, warm and comfortable with plenty of parking. We can’t wait to get back there!


Wear comfortable layers, maybe have a blanket and cushion. You may want to bring a cushion and a bottle of water


The class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please note there is a small flight of stairs so there is some restriction to access
