This is not a physical fitness class and there is no need for an exercise mat. there will be a few gentle, limbering and stretching movements during the session. We will be mainly sitting on chairs You can bring your camping chair for comfort) or you can sit on the ground.
Wear comfortable layers, maybe have a blanket and cushion. You may want to haves some water handy
