A mix of limbering, stretching and strengthening  exercises as well as breathing practices. At the end of each class there is a guided relaxation


Suitable for all abilities and for beginners



If you are coming from Hayes then it is on your left if you are coming from Uxbridge then turn right at The Beck Theatre, turn around and then come back onto the Uxbridge Road

Plenty of parking - use either the entrance from the Uxbridge Road or turn into Church Close then first left

The entrances to the hall is at the side on Church Close and from the car park
