Here are some FAQ...
What Equipment do I Require?
Everything you need will be something you already have at home, so no need to go out and buy anything special.
Cushions - always a good idea to have these handy. You can use them:
To sit on
Put behind you for support
Use as a pillow under your head when lying down
Use under your knees when lying down or even when sitting down
Place under your feet when sitting to ensure your feet are flat on the ground
We will go through the sitting and lying down options on Monday...to refresh everyone’s memory and show others that have not attended before
A thin blanket or shawl is a ‘must have’ especially in winter.
Your body temperature drops during meditation so it’s a good idea to have something to cover yourself with to prevent feeling cold
You can create your own ambience by:
Dimming the lights
Using candles or Incense
Playing your own relaxing music in the background whilst making sure that you
can still hear my voice.
We want you to feel as comfortable as you can, as that will ensure you have the best relaxation experience possible...but without going to sleep 😁
