We continue with our practice for strength and freedom in body and mind . A mix of limbering, stretching, and strengthening  exercises with an emphasis on a deep letting-go. 


Mostly floor-based, we will explore practices, beneficial and appropriate to the times.

Equal duration breath (Sukha Purvakha Pranayama)

The Humming Bee Breath  (Brahmari)


Our session concludes with a seated meditation
