The Meeting House is on the West side of Brunel. You enter this part of the Campus via Cleveland Road. Nearest post code is UB8 2DD
Look out for the landmark of The Marie Jahoda Building turn here and buzz to go through the barrier. Tell security you are going to yoga in The Meeting House Once through, after a few yards, turn right and park (free)

£60/£48 If you would like to book all seven sessions for this year. Should you miss a session, a recording will be available for up to 2 weeks.


In these sessions, along with the physical postures we will focus a little more on the yoga breathing techniques and the “energetic” practices. Plus we will experience various methods of concentration, meditation and soothing the mind. I will also share some of my tips for improved health and well-being. These sessions are suitable for all abilities and for beginners.
