Breathing & Relaxation
Alleviate stress and anxiety; improve concentration and sleep better. Increase lung capacity and better health. As we relax our bodies our posture improves. We feel lighter and easier in our movements.
This is not a physical fitness class and there is no need for an exercise mat. Apart from a little bit of easing out, we will be mainly sitting on chairs. To start we settle in and have a chat. And then the session begins with a bit of a stretch and limber then some breathing exercises. There is a guided concentration and relaxation practice.
Wear comfortable layers, maybe have a blanket/cushion. You may want to haves some water handy
